Life is dull without colors
And we forget to appreciate the colors for the
vigor and vitality they fill us with,
We forget to appreciate them for
making us feel alive everyday.
The festival of Holi reminds us of
how beautiful life really is,
How vibrant life really is,
How pure and sheer is the wave of
joy a single stroke of any color on our cheeks fills us with,
And of how petty even the biggest
of the problems' of our lives really is.
It's funny how the slightest pinch
of color that we choose to ignore on a daily basis can make us feel wonderlust
if chosen to be observed;
So on this beautiful festival of
Holi let us promise ourselves to start paying heed to the little things in our
life;
The little things that give us
happiness, The little things that indeed are right in front of us,
But often,
Get ignored with the thoughts of
something that in the entirety of our lives are really pennyworth and pitiful.
